The database formerly known as ASTM State DOT Portal has been redesigned and is now called ASTM Compass.
ASTM Compass can now be accessed by VDOT employees through Okta Single Sign On. All you have to do if you are a VDOT employee is click on the ASTM Compass link and if you are on the VDOT network you will pass right through. If you are not on the VDOT network you will be prompted through Okta for your VDOT network credentials. VDOT employees who already have an ASTM Compass account should see their name in the upper right corner of the screen.
VDOT employees who have never used ASTM Compass will be prompted to complete a simple registration, but only the first time they enter Compass, which looks like this:
Please note that if you are already logged in to the VDOT network when you access Compass for the first time you should see your VDOT email address and agency details in the profile. All you have to do is add your first and last name to complete the profile. You will only be promoted to do this once.
