VDOT University (sometimes called VDOT U) is a "Virtual Campus" Web portal that is separate from the VDOT Research Library and is managed by the VDOT's Human Resources Division, not the VDOT Research Library.
The Virtual Campus is the VDOT's Web-based Learning Management System (LMS) and it connects VDOT employees and external business partners to the training resources they need. VDOT University provides:
- Access to training transcripts
- An extensive course catalog
- Online registration for both classroom and Web-based courses
- Continuously new and updated courses and content
- Integrated online administration and reporting
