Changing your password is simple and it can be done by the cardholder or library staff. First, log in to the library catalog http://v92004.eos-intl.net/V92004/OPAC. Next, go to the upper-right corner of the screen and choose My Account > Change Password.

You will then be redirected to the “Change Password” page. Enter your current password and then the new password you want to use. Confirm that password in the third box and click “Save.” You’re done!

 

If you know you have a library card but forgot your password, you can reset it by going to http://v92004.eos-intl.net/V92004/OPAC/Login.aspx and clicking "RESET PASSWORD" as shown below:

 

 

You should see a dialog box like the one below.  Fill it out with the required information and click the "Submit" button. 

You should get this message. Simply follow the instructions: 

Password reset alert.

Note: If you enter your old password and there is a red error message saying that it does not match, please check for typos. If the error message persists contact Barb.Neyman@VDOT.Virginia.gov or call 434-293-1902. We can always log in and reset it for you!
