You absolutely can! Just give us a call at (434) 293-1902, or email us at Library@VDOT.Virginia.gov and ask to set up an appointment with a librarian. We will set up an appointment for you and make sure that someone is on-site to chat with you in person, or online via live chat, via email, or phone.
