We understand! With so many user names/passwords in play these days it is easy to loose track.
Your Virtual Library Card user name will always be your VDOT email address, so that's one less thing to remember, right?
As far as your password is concerned, we can't actually see that (for your privacy it is hidden from us too), but we can "reset" it at your request.
For a password reset, send us an email at email@example.com, call us (434-293-1902) during normal business hours, or text us any time of the day or night (434-363-4736) and we'll reset that password ASAP.
TIP: One way to cut down on forgotten passwords (for all sites) is to use a browser like Chrome or Firefox, which can "save" your user name and password in online forms. Learn how to get these browsers installed on your VDOT computer here.
