The short answer is no, not for this kind of program. The library's policy is to purchase books and other items that go into library collections for use by all employees, as opposed to acting as a general procurement source for any books needed at VDOT.

Sometimes we do purchase multiple copies (especially for high-demand resources), but buying 5-10 (or more!) copies of a single title and distributing them to VDOT personnel is beyond the our scope from a policy and a procurement standpoint.

This kind of need is best handled by your work unit's procurement officer following approval by your manager at VDOT.  For more details about how and what we select, go HERE.
