Q. Can VDOT consultants use Skillsoft Books?

Due to licensing restrictions, access to Skillsoft Books (formerly known as Books24x7) is limited to VDOT employees only, which is the case for all of VDOT's subscription databases.  Some consultants or contractors have been granted access to the VDOT network and a VDOT network login.  For the purposes of database licensing those personnel are granted access.
