Q. I get an error message when I try to access ASTM Compass using the Chrome browser. What is wrong?

There is a known problem with accessing ASTM Compass using Chrome.  VDOT users see a message that looks like this: 

What is not known (by the vendor or us at the library!) is why this is happening. We recommend VDOT patrons use the Microsoft Edge browser, especially while on the VDOT network.
