VDOT patrons who want to visit us "in person" are encouraged to Schedule a Visit to be sure library staff are available to assist you on the day/time you want to visit. The building we are located in requires a VDOT ID for entry, so if you are not a VDOT employee, please contact the library with your information need using this form.

In addition, VDOT employees can now sign up for a brief and informal Virtual Library Orientation, held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Give us 15-20 minutes and a library staffer will demonstrate how VDOT's world-class library collections and services can save you time and improve the work you do at VDOT.
