We sure can! Just let us know what standard you need and we can typically find and deliver the full-text document, often the same day! We have access to millions of standards from hundreds of standards providers.
However, don't forget that you have direct access to ASTM/AASHTO standards through our ASTM Compass database from your VDOT computer. You can "browse" for a standard by clicking on the section you need or run a search. If you have any trouble using Compass, you can contact Ken Winter at Ken.Winter@VDOT.Virginia.gov.
